RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom logo decoration, products purchased on the OSF Ministry Merch store are non-returnable. Please refer to available size charts to ensure you select the correct size and color.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please email us at contact@pointcore.com within 10 days of delivery.
To ensure prompt resolution of order issues, we require customers to report any missing items within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after the 10-day period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
